Methodology

Rows are built from each regulator’s own publications, fetched 2026-09-30: AGCO news releases; NJ DGE Director’s Actions (half-monthly summaries, linked to each order PDF); PGCB board-meeting press releases; MGCB board-meeting minutes (Acknowledgement of Violation approvals) and news releases; the UKGC public register of regulatory action and enforcement news; the MGA Enforcement Register and news. Dates are the decision/notice date (board-meeting date for PGCB and MGCB; for NJ DGE, a date inside the order’s half-month period, or the period’s last day where the order is undated). Amounts are in the notice’s currency and are never converted; UKGC settlements record the payment in lieu of a financial penalty. MGCB does not publish amounts or violations for acknowledgements, and the MGA published no named financial penalties in the period, so those rows have no amount. Actions against individuals, offshore cease-and-desist letters and lottery-retailer actions are excluded.
